Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, complete a profile, submit an application, publish a listing or contact us — including your name, email address, city, country, social profiles and the content you upload. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on Tray Travels servers.
How we use it
We use your information to operate your account, publish the profiles and listings you choose to make public, process memberships and payments, review Founding Creator applications, attribute invitations and referrals, send service emails, and protect the platform against abuse.
Who can see your data
Public creator and business profiles are visible to visitors. Account and billing records are visible only to you and to the platform founder. Access is enforced by role-based permissions at the database level. We do not sell personal information.
Emails you may receive
Service emails include welcome messages, email verification, password resets, application updates, invitation and referral notices, subscription confirmations, trial reminders and failed-payment notices. You can contact us at any time to change your communication preferences.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and listing details from your dashboard, and request deletion of your account by emailing hello@traytravels.com. Some records may be retained where required for tax, accounting or fraud prevention.
