Using Tray Travels
By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use Tray Travels only for lawful travel, creator and business purposes. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent a business, publish misleading opportunities or abuse invitation and referral privileges.
Memberships and billing
Paid memberships renew automatically at the price shown at checkout. Eligible businesses receive a 14-day trial where offered. Cancellations keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds and billing questions are handled at billing@traytravels.com.
Business Explorer accounts receive a basic map pin and directory listing only. Booking links, creator outreach, collaborations, sponsorship and promotional tools require a paid tier.
Creator opportunities
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of published opportunities and for paying creators as agreed. Tray Travels facilitates introductions by email and is not a party to those agreements. Creators retain ownership of their work unless separately agreed in writing.
Invitations and referrals
Founding Creator invitations are personal, expire, can be revoked, and never cascade: a creator joining with a free invitation cannot issue free invitations unless the founder grants that privilege. Paid referrals are separate, tracked against unique links, and rewards are approved and paid at the founder's discretion.
Content
You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant Tray Travels permission to display it on the platform and in related marketing. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.
